Cuts straight or fluted strips of fondant

This fondant divider cuts even strips whose width you choose by the number and width of spacers between the wheels.

4 wheels of this cutter are straight edge, the other 8–in four pairs of two–are fluted. 

Space on Pantograph between first and last wheel (with the wheels farthest apart) is 4-1/4 inch.

Diameter of straight-edge wheels 2-1/2 inch; of fluted wheels 2-5/8 inch, but the wheels do not cut into fondant that thick. The thickness of the fondant is instead limited to the space between your work surface and the Pantograph’s rod.

Cutter is packaged with straight-edge wheels on and fluted wheels off. On package is a guide for assembly.
